To utilize our Remote Support Services, please follow the instructions below:

1) Call RH TechniCall and request a Remote Support Specialist. (RSS Tech)

2) Enter your name or company.

3) Enter the Support Key provided to you by the RSS Tech.

4) Click the Connect Now button.

5) You will be requested to install a few plug-ins that will allow the remote session.

(Follow the instructions given to you by the RSS Tech to complete these steps)

6) Once you have accepted the connection and given permission to the RSS Tech to

control your system, your diagnostic or training session will begin.
